Our food is inspired by the ingredients we acquire. We delight in the simplicity of a truly farm-fresh egg with its deep, rich yellow yolk and strive to explore the medicinal qualities of perennial vegetables. Vital and organic foods are used in all of our dishes, which are made every day to delight and satisfy.
The ingredients we acquire are dependent on the season we are in. In the spring, summer and fall seasons, we acquire most of our produce from two farms in Ontario. In the winter, we import from organically certified farms around the world. While we aim to provide an array of options, we are very focused on the idea of eating seasonally and locally. We believe that choosing local and seasonal produce is not only more healthy for us, but is also a more sustainable economic option.
