Sizing Explained
In our effort to best explain our sizing we have added this page here to help anyone who might be a little bit confused. The freezer meals come in 3 sizes:
Single Size - 1 adult portion, best for one
Double Size - 2 adult portions, best for a couple
Family Size - 4 adult portions, best for a family
